
Elisabete Fernandes is a visual artist, born in Lisbon in 1991.
Openly queer, a witch, physically disabled, and neurodivergent, these are themes she has explored throughout her career through watercolor, acrylic, India ink, and photography.In 2013, she completed the Artistic Production Course, specialization in Decorative Painting, in the Specialized Artistic Education – Level IV, at C.E.D D. Maria Pia, Casa Pia de Lisboa. During her school career, she had the opportunity to experiment with various artistic languages and acquired several awards, such as the Prize for Artistic Value, the Prize for Artistic Merit, and the Prize for Best Student in Specialized Artistic Education.Currently, she creates illustrations and photographs related to nature and all the beings that encompass it.
